The project provides for the development of a master plan for a cottage community in the Tivat area with a panoramic view of the sea. The main task was the rational and careful development of a site with complex terrain while preserving the natural landscape and unique visual characteristics.
The territory is evenly divided into six independent plots, on each of which an individual residential house of a single architectural concept is located. The design takes into account a significant drop in relief — about 12 meters, which required a thoughtful terraced organization of construction and proper placement of buildings in compliance with standard distances between them.
For each house, two parking spaces or a two-car garage are provided, as well as an individual swimming pool, integrated into the structure of the plot, taking into account orientation and viewpoints.
The key goal of the project is to preserve an unobstructed sea view for each house, ensure privacy of living, and organize comfortable and safe access to each plot. Architectural and planning solutions are aimed at creating a comfortable, aesthetic, and functional living environment in harmony with the natural surroundings.
