The objective of the project was the reconstruction of an individual residential house based on the provided site data. The scope of work includes:
- Preservation of the existing primary load-bearing structures;
- Addition of a second floor (vertical extension);
- Modification of the roof structure;
- Reconfiguration of the ground floor layout.
Despite limited initial data, the client’s requirements were fully met:
- Ground floor: kitchen, living room, and master bedroom;
- First floor: home office and two guest bedrooms.
The project includes two distinct sets of technical drawings:
- Demolition plans for existing structures;
- Structural plans for new construction/assembly.
The project is currently undergoing the approval process at the local municipality (Opština). Additionally, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Structural Engineering sections are under development.
