The project features a three-story single-family residential house with a total gross area of 255 m², located in the Tivat region, Montenegro.
- Ground Floor includes a spacious open-plan living and dining area of 54 m² and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- First Floor consists of two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a laundry room.
- Second Floor is designed as a self-contained apartment with one bedroom and an integrated living-kitchen area.
The house is optimized for rental use for groups of up to 6 people: each couple is provided with a private bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring premium comfort and privacy.
