This project was developed as a premium solution for year-round living, where every detail is meticulously planned for ergonomics and functionality. Our goal was to blend optimal floor areas with maximum comfort, creating a home that is both cozy and practical.
The final design is a two-story house with a basement level and a total area of 218 m², perfectly suited for a full family lifestyle. Special emphasis was placed on spatial organization: the interior features a dedicated home office space designed for remote work, while the plot includes a separate sauna building and a garage.
