The project aims to enhance the functionality and comfort of a private residential property while respecting the existing built environment and maintaining a rational budget.
The design provides safe and convenient access from the public road and integrates a private parking space optimized for the site’s logistics.
Special focus was placed on the activated rooftop: the project includes a functional access point and a dedicated lounge area with a shade structure, effectively expanding the living environment.
Considering the existing building’s footprint, the pool was optimally sized and positioned to ensure ease of use and a harmonious architectural balance.
A cost-effective facade update was developed, utilizing modern finishing solutions and accent elements to provide a contemporary aesthetic without structural modifications.
